I'm reading "Full Circle" which is from the Voyager crew's POV, written by an author who actually CARES about Voyager. It...tries to make the best of the train-wreck scenario you described above.
I'm still hoping that Janeway gets resurrected in a future book. Then I MIGHT be able to forgive them.
