BLAME AND PUNISH
THE INDIVIDUAL.
Possibly the most ominous thing I've ever seen.
(Seems to actually be some sort of response to government crackdowns on alcohol-fuelled violence, sort of a 'beer doesn't bash people up, people drinking beer bash people up' message. Probably should have occured to the designers that it comes across more as an attempt at Orwellian thought control, rather than resistance to government overreach...)
