Why aren't there any euphemisms or synonyms for 'nipple'?

To be strict in definition, teat would probably qualify. But it's not as fun to say as nipple.

You might even be inclined to say, it does not roll off the tongue as well.

This is a sad lack. There's "areola," which is related but not identical, and also not a word often used in ordinary conversation. (Unless you are a Vulcan, in which case any latinate medical term is up for grabs.)
